Can getting a DUI give an officer probable cause to search your car?

Can getting a DUI for taking Tylenol Pm be enough probable causes to have your vehicle searched? Specially if you had admitted that you have taken 6 hours ago. And if this is not enough for probable cause how will this effect the judge sentencing?
